Kevin Labrecque transferred from Limbach Facility Services to Harper in 2016 as Senior Vice President to focus on operational excellence, serving on the management team and on key client accounts as an advocate for the advancement of Lean Project Delivery. Kevin is a Lean Construction Institute Certified Improved Instructor, providing training on and facilitation of Lean Project Delivery techniques on behalf of the Owner, Design Team, CM and Harper.
Prior to joining Harper, Kevin worked as Limbach's Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence in 2009 and served as Branch Manager of Construction for the Eastern PA operations. He was responsible for a vast number of initiatives: his primary objectives consisted of leading the application of Lean principles to management of Limbach's overall business and projects, furthering technological advancements in Limbach's Modelling and Production System (LMPS), expanding key customer relationships and developing overall strategies to improve the Company. Before Limbach, he spent 13 years at Bovis Lend Lease in a rapid succession of roles, most notably as the Vice President and Director of Commercial Risk. Throughout these roles and upper management positions, he gained an intimate understand of the entire construction process.
