Chris joined Harper in 2017 as the Training and Development Manager to oversee workforce development and process/performance improvement programs. He also is responsible for oversight of Risk Management and Human Resources company-wide and is a strong advocate for career development, trade skills education and safety excellence.
Prior to joining Harper, Chris obtained his Bachelors of Science in Safety Engineering and Technology at Montana Tech in 2006. He then gained valuable experience as a Safety Manager with Bechtel Corporation Incorporated for 11 years on large capital industrial projects throughout the United States and overseas. He also serves on the advisory board of P.I.P.E. Apprenticeship Program.
Chris has passion for safety and skill development training with the end goal of enhancing employee performance and creating advancement opportunities for Harper employees.
