Holt Hamilton.

Holt joined Harper in 2014 after completing an internship with Limbach’s engineering group, LEDS, while pursuing his second bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering; the first being in business management. Upon graduation, Holt started his career with Harper in the Limbach Engineering and Management Training Program. Having a background in construction through his upbringing, Holt’s mechanical aptitude and passion for problem-solving and quality craftsmanship have helped him climb quickly through the project management aspects of the business. Since becoming part of the Harper team, Holt has held positions such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Executive, and is currently the Assistant Branch Manager of the Boynton Beach office servicing the Southeast Florida market.

Holt has been instrumental in founding the Boynton Beach branch after jumping at the opportunity to move from Orlando to South Florida in 2016. Currently responsible for the success and growth of the Southeast Florida operation, Holt holds memberships with Associated Builders and Contractors, FHEA, and has secured licensing as a certified Mechanical Contractor and a certified Plumbing Contractor in the state of Florida.

Holt is passionate about bringing the Harper Limbach legacy to South Florida through organic growth, employee recognition, steadfast owner/contractor relationships, and a reputation of quality workmanship.
