Our owner-direct construction agreements span primarily MEP-intensive projects such as central utility plants, HVAC retrofits and plumbing replacements. More than 90% of our service and maintenance contracts are direct with building owners or property managers.

Today, we earn approximately 80% of our revenue through construction managers and general contractors (CM/GCs) – so successful CM/GC relationships are critical to our business model. We deliver value to our CM/GC customers by providing:

  • Integrated engineering, construction and service expertise.
