At Harper, we take pride in helping build our cities, and along with our work, it is paramount to give back to the community that continues to support us.
OUR NATIONAL INVOLVEMENT.
At the national level, Harper has played an active role in the ACE Mentor Program of America, Inc. (ACE) over the last 15 years. As the construction industry’s fastest-growing high school mentoring program, the ACE program aims to mentor aspiring construction and design students and encourage them to pursue architecture, engineering, and construction careers.
Harper currently has active mentors at each business location and sponsors numerous ACE events for high school students. Our team decided to further our commitment to the ACE program and has developed an internship program that provides our interns with the opportunity to visit our offices, shadow employees, and learn from top industry talent. By interning with local ACE mentors we are proud to help build and train the next generation of construction industry leaders.
