Erich Muensterman.

Erich joined Harper in 2017 as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Tampa Branch. After developing the preconstruction department Erich led our owner direct construction group.

Erich is responsible for the West Florida business including mechanical construction, mechanical prime, special projects, and service departments. These departments work collaboratively to deliver high-level products to their customers and ensure above-average industry-standard profits for their stakeholders, all the while maintaining an excellent safety record.

Erich’s vision for Tampa is to further develop into a value-based, solution-driven, and customer-centric organization.

Prior to joining Harper, Erich led the mechanical and electrical installation, startup, and commissioning for Messer Construction in Indianapolis, IN. His valuable experience there along with his prior consulting engineering experience has developed a skill set for delivering a variety of projects at many different levels of management.
